Northrop Grumman Plaza comprises two adjacent Class A properties prominently located at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Century Park East in prestigious Century City, West Los Angeles. Plaza I at 1800 Century Park East comprises 15 levels with Plaza II at 1840 Century Park East comprising 19 levels. The overall complex provides approximately 590,000 square feet of accommodation. The columnar architecture of Northrop Grumman Plaza features alternating vertical bands of sandblasted concrete columns and recessed tinted glass windows.

Once completed, the renovation project will compliment this classical architectural style by incorporating stainless steel and imported Relvinha sandstone in the lobbies. Delicately aged Corten steel will compliment the gardens in front of the 1800 building.

A circular driveway will feature a water fountain and the two towers will be connected by a canopy-covered breezeway.
